Time management
Have you ever had a piece of time during which you meant to get a list of things done, then you look back and wonder what in the world you did with all that time? It happens to me all the time when I’m not strategic about it. One activity I have found that hugely multiplies my productiveness during the week is creating a list of goals at the start of the week. I merely sit down at some point on Sunday (in theory- most of the time this occurs Monday morning) and make a list of everything I can think of that I need to get done that week. Then, when I have a moment , I get something on the list done . At the finish of the week I can look back at all that I have accomplished and know that I made the best use of my time. It is so easy to let time slip away from you. A minute spent wandering around your living room wondering what you were going to do… 30 minutes spent after you got hooked on that tv show while you were about to do…what was that ? It’s as easy as that. Slips right through your fingers like sand. I say, let’s create a preemptive strike on wasted time and help ourselves out! Try making either a daily or weekly goals list. They can be little things like put that letter in the mailbox or big tasks, but all things you need to remember. It’s also a great feeling to mark something off a list. A good feeling of accomplishment should not be under-rated! Good luck with your time and your goal making!
